10,000 Steps for Mental Health: Holding the Hope

Each of us knows someone who is struggling, and holding the hope during this time is so important. Come “hold the hope” at 10,000 Steps for Mental Health, on Saturday September 21st, 2019. Whether you come on your own, with your family, a friend, your small group, or your book club, this is an opportunity to make a huge statement of support for those who suffer, to reduce stigma, and to hold the hope for those in despair.
 

Event Details

Date: Saturday, September 21, 2019

Time: Registration at 8:30 am, send off at 9 am

Location: Shalom Counselling Services (9 Avondale Ave. S., Waterloo) The route travels to the Iron Horse Trail, along the trail and back to Shalom. Rest stations and distance markers will be located at various points along the route. The route follows the same path out and back so you can turn around whenever you feel comfortable (official last turnaround is a 10km round trip).
